Stamp Duties Act
(Amendment of First Schedule) Notification 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 79 of the Stamp Duties Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Stamp Duties (Amendment of First Schedule) Notification 1996 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 2nd March 1995.

2. Article 15 of the First Schedule to the Stamp Duties Act is amended by deleting “$1.00” in the third column and substituting the words “50 cents”.
