(Amendment) Regulations 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28J of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (Filing Agents and Qualified Individuals) (Amendment) Regulations 2017 and come into operation on 1 April 2017.

Amendment of Third Schedule

2. The Third Schedule to the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (Filing Agents and Qualified Individuals) Regulations 2015 (G.N. No. S 198/2015) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$200” in items 1 and 2 and substituting in each case the words “$200 for every year of registration applied for”; and
(b)	by deleting “$100” in items 3 and 4 and substituting in each case the words “$100 for every year of registration applied for”.
