(Amendment of First Schedule)
Order 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 38(a) of the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 21 January 2021.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. Paragraph 1A of the First Schedule to the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act is amended by deleting the full‑stop at the end of sub‑paragraph (zt) and substituting a semi‑colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub‑paragraphs:

“(zu)	Sheik Heikel bin Khalid Bafana (Singapore citizen) (Date of Birth: 29 January 1972);
(zv)	Ahmed Faysal (Bangladesh citizen) (Passport No. BM0486113) (Date of Birth: 14 May 1994).”.
