(Protected Areas —
Army Headquarters and
Formation Facilities) Order 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32(1) of the Air Navigation Act 1966, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Air Navigation (Protected Areas — Army Headquarters and Formation Facilities) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 29 April 2024.
Areas declared to be protected areas
2.  Any area described in the Schedule is declared to be a protected area for the purposes of sections 32 and 33 of the Act.
Revocation
3.  Revoke the Air Navigation (Protected Areas) (No. 2) Order 2015 (G.N. No. S 435/2015).
