Protected Areas and Protected Places Act
(Chapter 256)
Protected Places (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Protected Places (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2005 and shall come into operation on 3rd June 2005.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Item (6) in the Schedule to the Protected Places (Consolidation) Order (O 4) is amended by deleting the words “KHALSA CRESCENT CENTRE” wherever they appear in paragraph (1) and substituting in each case the words “KHALSA CRESCENT PRISON”.
