Allied Health Professions
(Registration and Practising Certificates)
(Amendment) Regulations 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 75 of the Allied Health Professions Act, the Allied Health Professions Council, with the approval of the Minister for Health, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Allied Health Professions (Registration and Practising Certificates) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 31 May 2021.
Amendment of Part IV of First Schedule
2.  Division 2 of Part IV of the First Schedule to the Allied Health Professions (Registration and Practising Certificates) Regulations 2013 (G.N. No. S 219/2013) is amended by deleting items 11 and 12 relating to the country “Australia” and substituting the following items:
“11.
University of Sydney
Bachelor of Applied Science (Diagnostic Radiography)
12.
University of Sydney
Bachelor of Applied Science (Diagnostic Radiography) (Honours)”.
Saving and transitional provision
3.  Nothing in regulation 2 affects any person who, before 31 May 2021, has been conferred a qualification by the University of Sydney set out in items 11 and 12 of Division 2 of Part IV of the First Schedule to the Allied Health Professions (Registration and Practising Certificates) Regulations 2013 as in force immediately before that date.
