Exemption) (Amendment)
Order 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 66 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Active Mobility (Cycling Without Age E‑Trishaw Trial — Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 31 May 2021.
Amendment of paragraph 1
2.  Paragraph 1(2) of the Active Mobility (Cycling Without Age E‑Trishaw Trial — Exemption) Order 2020 (G.N. No. S 839/2020) is amended by deleting the words “31 May 2021” and substituting the words “31 August 2021”.
