Infectious Diseases
(Prescribed Institutions) (Amendment)
Regulations 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73 of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Infectious Diseases (Prescribed Institutions) (Amendment) Regulations 2016 and come into operation on 26 January 2016.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Infectious Diseases (Prescribed Institutions) Regulations 2008 (G.N. No. S 300/2008) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 10, the following item:
“10A.  Ng Teng Fong General Hospital”.
