Air Navigation
(Licensing of Air Services) (Amendment)
Regulations 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Air Navigation Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Licensing of Air Services) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2013.
Amendment of regulation 18
2.  Regulation 18(1) of the Air Navigation (Licensing of Air Services) Regulations (Rg 2) is amended —
(a)by deleting “$231” in sub-paragraph (a) and substituting “$252”;
(b)by deleting “$77” in sub-paragraph (b)(i) and substituting “$84”;
(c)by deleting “$148” in sub-paragraph (b)(ii) and substituting “$162”;
(d)by deleting “$297” in sub-paragraph (b)(iii) and substituting “$326”; and
(e)by deleting “$737” in sub-paragraph (b)(iv) and substituting “$810”.
