Residential Property Act
(Chapter 274)
Residential Property (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 (1) (b) and (c) of the Residential Property Act, the Singapore Land Authority, with the approval of the Minister for Law, hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Residential Property (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2007 and shall come into operation on 1st February 2007.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Residential Property (Fees) Rules (R 2) is amended —
(a)by deleting the words “$380 per property” in item 3 and substituting the words “$520 per property”;
(b)by deleting item 4 and substituting the following item:
4. For every application under section 25 of the Act for the retention of any residential property by a foreign company, foreign limited liability partnership or foreign society
 
$520, for the first residential property, and an additional $50 for every subsequent residential property included in the application.
”;
(c)by deleting “$300” in item 5 and substituting “$520”;
(d)by deleting “$300” in item 6 and substituting “$400”;
(e)by deleting the words “$430, for the first residential property, and an additional $50 for every subsequent residential property included in the application.” in item 7 and substituting the words “$520, for the first residential property, and an additional $50 for every subsequent residential property included in the application.”;
(f)by deleting item 8 and substituting the following item:
8. For every application under section 28 or 28A of the Act to change the existing use of an immovable property
 
$520 per property.
”;
(g)by deleting the words “$350 per property” in item 9 and substituting the words “$400 per property”; and
(h)by deleting item 18.
