(Exemption) (No. 4)
Notification 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 4) Notification 2017.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister exempts the Singapore Turf Club from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Chinese New Year 2017 — Fortune Bowl Prediction Contest @ Marquee” promotion and the 9 draws to be held on 29 January 2017 from 12 noon to 6 p.m. at the Marquee at the Singapore Racecourse.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the Singapore Turf Club with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
