(Exemption) (No. 29)
Notification 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 29) Notification 2012.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister hereby exempts Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Genting Rewards Member Profile Update” promotion to be held from 1st August 2012 to 31st December 2012 (both dates inclusive) and the draws to be held on 1st October 2012 and 2nd January 2013, respectively, at 3 p.m. at the Festive Hotel Basement 1 Membership Office of Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
