(Service Charge) (Amendment)
Order 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 88 of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore Act 2009, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (Service Charge) (Amendment) Order 2013 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2013.

Deletion and substitution of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (Service Charge) Order 2009 (G.N. No. S 310/2009) is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:

“THE SCHEDULE

Paragraph 3

SERVICE CHARGES

Services

Service charge

1.	Air traffic control services, air traffic advisory services, flight information services, alerting services and communications, navigation and surveillance services

$11,167,095

2.	Meteorological services

$607,607

3.	Search and rescue services

$125,553

4.	Aeronautical information services

$243,129.
