Statutory Corporations (Contributions to Consolidated Fund) Act
(Amendment of Schedule) Order 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Statutory Corporations (Contributions to Consolidated Fund) Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Statutory Corporations (Contributions to Consolidated Fund) Act (Amendment of Schedule) Order 1998 and shall come into operation on 3rd July 1998.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Statutory Corporations (Contributions to Consolidated Fund) Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 16, the following items:

“17.	Board of Commissioners of Currency, Singapore

Currency Act
(Chapter 69).

18.	Monetary Authority of Singapore

Monetary Authority of Singapore Act
(Chapter 186).”.
