(Mass Gathering Testing for
Coronavirus Disease 2019)
(Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73(1) of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Infectious Diseases (Mass Gathering Testing for Coronavirus Disease 2019) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 14 June 2021.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  Item 9 of Part 1 of the Second Schedule to the Infectious Diseases (Mass Gathering Testing for Coronavirus Disease 2019) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 273/2021) is amended by deleting the words “98 guests” in the first column (titled “Restricted Place”) and substituting the words “248 guests”.
