Prisons (Declaration of Prison)
Notification 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Prisons Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Prisons (Declaration of Prison) Notification 2015 and comes into operation on 15 June 2015.
Declaration of prison
2.  The Minister declares Institution C1, 986F, Upper Changi Road North, Changi Prison Complex, Singapore 506908 to be a prison for the purposes of the Act and defines that place to be a prison for the custody of all classes of prisoners convicted, remanded or detained under any written law.
