(Amendment) Notification 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “main shareholder” in section 42(9) of the Casino Control Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification is the Casino Control (Main Shareholder — Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd.) (Amendment) Notification 2018.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Casino Control (Main Shareholder — Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd.) Notification 2010 (G.N. No. S 67/2010) is amended by deleting the words “Genting Singapore PLC, a company incorporated in Isle of Man” and substituting the words “Genting Singapore Limited (formerly known as Genting Singapore PLC), a company registered in Singapore”.
