Air Navigation Act
(Chapter 6)
Air Navigation (Prohibited Flights) (Amendment) Order 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 13 of the Air Navigation Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation (Prohibited Flights) (Amendment) Order 2009 and shall come into operation on 14th August 2009.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Air Navigation (Prohibited Flights) Order (O 6) is amended by deleting the word “Angola”.
