(Exemption) (Amendment)
Notification 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (Amendment) Notification 2017.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2(1) of the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 28) Notification 2017 (G.N. No. S 307/2017) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “19 June 2017 to 31 July 2017” in sub‑paragraph (a) and substituting the words “28 June 2017 to 31 August 2017”; and
(b)	by deleting the words “11 August 2017” in sub‑paragraph (b) and substituting the words “15 September 2017”.

Amendment of Schedule

3. Paragraph 5 of the Schedule to the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 28) Notification 2017 is amended by deleting the words “12 November 2017” and substituting the words “16 December 2017”.
