(Amendment No. 3) Rules 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34D and 140(1) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules are the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2016 and come into operation on 1 August 2016.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) Rules 2015 (G.N. No. S 226/2015) is amended —
(a)by deleting Division 2 of Part 19 and substituting the following Division:
“Division 2

  Amount of road-user charge payable on any day from Monday to Friday, not being a public holiday.
