(Finality and Netting) (Amendment) Act 2018
(Commencement) Notification 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Payment and Settlement Systems (Finality and Netting) (Amendment) Act 2018, the Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for Economic and Social Policies, Prime Minister’s Office, Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam, who is charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Prime Minister as regards payment and settlement systems, makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Payment and Settlement Systems (Finality and Netting) (Amendment) Act 2018 (Commencement) Notification 2018.
2.  The Payment and Settlement Systems (Finality and Netting) (Amendment) Act 2018 comes into operation on 6 June 2018.
