Air Navigation
(101 — Unmanned Aircraft Operations)
(Amendment) Regulations 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3A of the Air Navigation Act, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Air Navigation (101 — Unmanned Aircraft Operations) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 15 May 2020.

Amendment of regulation 52

2. Regulation 52(3) of the Air Navigation (101 — Unmanned Aircraft Operations) Regulations 2019 (G.N. No. S 833/2019) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “1 March” and substituting the words “1 June”; and
(b)	by deleting the words “30 June 2020” and substituting the words “1 February 2021”.

Miscellaneous amendment

3. The Air Navigation (101 — Unmanned Aircraft Operations) Regulations 2019 are amended by deleting the words “1 June 2020” in the following provisions and substituting in each case the words “1 February 2021”:

Regulations 1(4), 19(2)(b) and 30(2)(c).
