(Ticket Payment Service Licence) (Exemption)
(Amendment No. 4) Order 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Public Transport Council Act, the Public Transport Council hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Transport Council (Ticket Payment Service Licence) (Exemption) (Amendment No. 4) Order 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2011.

Amendment of paragraph 4

2. Paragraph 4 of the Public Transport Council (Ticket Payment Service Licence) (Exemption) Order 2006 (G.N. No. S 400/2006) is amended by deleting the full-stop at the end of sub-paragraph (zze) and substituting a semi-colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub-paragraphs:

“(zzf)	Best Talk Station 11 Bubble Tea;
(zzg)	U-R First Pte Ltd.”.
