Road Traffic (Public Service Vehicles) (Vocational Licences and Conduct of Drivers, Conductors and Passengers) (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 111 of the Road Traffic Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Public Service Vehicles) (Vocational Licences and Conduct of Drivers, Conductors and Passengers) (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2005 and shall come into operation on 14th June 2005.

New rule 20A

2. The Road Traffic (Public Service Vehicles) (Vocational Licences and Conduct of Drivers, Conductors and Passengers) Rules (R 8) are amended by inserting, immediately after rule 20, the following rule:

“Waiver of fees

20A. The Registrar may, in his discretion, waive wholly or in part any of the fees payable under Part II of these Rules.”.
