(Exemption) (No. 39)
Notification 2014
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 39) Notification 2014.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Singapore Pools (Private) Limited from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “World Cup Draw 2014” promotion to be held from 13th June 2014 to 14th July 2014 (both dates inclusive) and the draw to be held on 31st July 2014 at 10 a.m. at the Head Office of Singapore Pools (Private) Limited.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Singapore Pools (Private) Limited with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
