| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 5) Order 2013 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2013. |
| Amendment of Consolidation Order |
| 2. The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order (O 32) is amended by deleting the words “Mizuho Corporate Bank, Ltd” in item (8)(a) and substituting the words “Mizuho Bank Limited”. |
