Interpretation
(Delegations by Minister for Law)
(Amendment) Order 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Interpretation Act 1965, the Minister for Law makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Interpretation (Delegations by Minister for Law) (Amendment) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 1 May 2024.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  In the Interpretation (Delegations by Minister for Law) Order 2024 (G.N. No. S 136/2024), in the Second Schedule, in item 13, replace “and Terrorism Financing” with “, Terrorism Financing and Proliferation Financing”.
