Town Councils Act
(Chapter 329A)
Town Council of Holland-Bukit Panjang (Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment) By-laws 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(1) of the Town Councils Act, the Town Council for the Town of Holland-Bukit Panjang hereby makes the following By-laws:
Citation and commencement
1.  These By-laws may be cited as the Town Council of Holland-Bukit Panjang (Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment) By-laws 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st September 2009.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Town Council of Holland-Bukit Panjang (Conservancy and Service Charges) By-laws 2002 (G.N. No. S 366/2002) is amended —
(a)by deleting the word “Premises” in item 11 and substituting the words “Subject to item 11A, premises”; and
(b)by inserting, immediately after item 11, the following items:
“11A.
Premises at Buona Vista Community Centre —
 
 
 
(a)for use as Citizens Consultative Committee Centre or Resident Committee Centre
 
$0.40 per square metre of the area of the premises.
 
(b)for social communal use
 
 
11B.
Commercial shops at Buona Vista Community Centre
 
$4.00 per square metre of the area of the premises subject to a minimum of $53.50.”.
