Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 17) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 17) Notification 2007.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts the Singapore Pools Pte Ltd from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “New Singapore Sweep” promotion from 19th July 2007 to 15th August 2007 (both dates inclusive) and the draws on 8th August 2007 and 22nd August 2007.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the Singapore Pools Pte Ltd with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 16th July 2007.
