(Amendment No. 3) Order 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of the Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security, Prime Minister’s Office, Mr Teo Chee Hean, who is charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Prime Minister as regards human resource management in the Civil Service, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2016 and comes into operation on 1 August 2016.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order 2010 (G.N. No. S 824/2010) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “, the National Climate Change Secretariat, the National Population and Talent Division” in paragraph (a) in the second column of item 2;
(b)	by deleting the name “Mr Niam Chiang Meng” in the third column of item 2; and
(c)	by deleting the words “the National Climate Change Secretariat, the National Population and Talent Division,” in paragraph (b) in the second column of item 3.
