Immigration (Amendment No. 4)
Regulations 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 55(1) of the Immigration Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration (Amendment No. 4) Regulations 1997 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 29th August 1997.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Immigration Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting Form 27 and substituting the following Form:
