and Tourist Public Houses) (Amendment)
Notification 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by the definitions of “tourist hotel”, “tourist food establishment” and “tourist public house” in section 2 of the Singapore Tourism (Cess Collection) Act, Mr S Iswaran, Second Minister for Trade and Industry, charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Minister for Trade and Industry relating to tourism, makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Singapore Tourism (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) (Amendment) Notification 2015 and comes into operation on 24 June 2015.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Singapore Tourism (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) Notification 2014 (G.N. No. S 327/2014) is amended —
(a)by deleting item (14) relating to b88 Hostel;
(b)by deleting the words “Hotel Clover” in item (88) and substituting the words “Hotel Clover 769 North Bridge Road”;
(c)by deleting item (91) relating to Hotel Grand Chancellor;
(d)by deleting item (183) relating to The Gallery Hotel;
(e)by deleting the words “Traders Hotel Singapore” in item (196) and substituting the words “Hotel Jen Tanglin Singapore”; and
(f)by inserting, immediately after item (220), the following items:
(221)  Five Stones Hostel at Beach Road
(222)  Raintr33 Hotel Singapore
(223)  Grand Imperial Hotel
(224)  Central 65 Hostel & Cafe”.
