The Singapore Arms in the centre with the year-date “2002” below it and the word “SINGAPORE” in the 4 official languages around the circumference of the coin. The position of the mintmark is at 7 o’clock of the proof coins.
Stylised version of a lion’s head with the denomination of the coin below it and a privy mark design of a horse design to the left of the denomination. The troy weight and fineness of the coin appear on the right side of the coin. A special privy mark with the latent image are found only on the proof 1 troy oz coin. The proof 1/2 troy oz coin bears a serial number.
