(Exemption) (No. 30)
Notification 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 30) Notification 2015.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)

the “Crack the Safe” promotion to be held from 26 June 2015 to 18 July 2015 (both dates inclusive); and

(b)

the following draws to be held at the Main Casino Floor (Level B2M) at Marina Bay Sands as part of that promotion:

(i)	5 sessions hourly from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on 3 July 2015, 4 July 2015 and 5 July 2015, respectively;
(ii)	5 sessions hourly from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on 16 July 2015, 17 July 2015 and 18 July 2015, respectively.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
