(Amendment No. 4) Order 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44B of the Arms and Explosives Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Arms and Explosives (Commemorative Artillery Shell Casing — Exemption from Section 13) (Amendment No. 4) Order 2016 and comes into operation on 1 September 2016.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Item 9 of the Schedule to the Arms and Explosives (Commemorative Artillery Shell Casing — Exemption from Section 13) Order 2016 (G.N. No. S 101/2016) is amended by deleting the words “Committee of Management of Nanyang Girls’ High School” and substituting the name “Ms Chew Huan Wei, Cassandra”.
