Companies Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Notification 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(6) of the Companies Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Companies Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Notification 2000 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 29th August 2000.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Second Schedule to the Companies Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 50, the following item:
“
51. For supplying information to any authorised person for purposes of selling packaged information or information on a bulk basis
 
$0.80 per prescribed particular of a company.
”.

Made this 29th day of August 2000.
