(Exemption) (No. 33)
Notification 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 33) Notification 2017.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister exempts Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)	the “Halve or Double It 2” promotion to be held from 13 July 2017 to 31 August 2017 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)	the draws to be held as part of that promotion at the Casino Royale Bar^TM (Level B1) at Resorts World Sentosa Singapore at 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. daily from 16 July 2017 to 31 August 2017 (both dates inclusive).

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
