Parliamentary Elections Act

Parliamentary Elections Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Regulations 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 102 and 107 of the Parliamentary Elections Act, the Prime Minister hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Parliamentary Elections Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Regulations 2005 and shall come into operation on 17th June 2005.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Parliamentary Elections Act is amended —
(a)by deleting Forms 9 and 9A and substituting the following Forms:

(b)by deleting Forms 19 and 20 and substituting the following Forms:
