(Exemption) (Amendment)
Order 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Diplomatic and Consular Privileges) (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2013 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2013.

Amendment of paragraph 3

2. Paragraph 3(1) of the Road Traffic (Diplomatic and Consular Privileges) (Exemption) Order 2006 (G.N. No. S 506/2006) is amended by deleting the full-stop at the end of sub-paragraph (c) and substituting a semi-colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub-paragraphs:

“(d)	any tax payable under section 11AA of the Act;
(e)	any tax payable under rule 6(1) of the Road Traffic (Carbon Emissions Tax) Rules 2012 (G.N. No. S 653/2012).”.
