(Amendment of Schedule)
Notification 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(2) of the Poisons Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Poisons Act (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2013 and shall come into operation on 1st February 2013.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Poisons Act is amended by deleting the item “Coptis Teeta”.
