Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics
(Composition of Offences)
(Amendment) Regulations 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 and come into operation on 15 April 2019.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg 2) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (b);

(b)

by deleting the words “2004 (G.N. No. S 281/2004).” in paragraph (c) and substituting the words “(Rg 3) revoked on 15 April 2019;”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after paragraph (c), the following paragraph:

“(d)	any offence under regulation 17 of the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Advertisement) Regulations 2019 (G.N. No. S 38/2019).”.
