Planning (Development Charges)
(Amendment No. 2) Rules 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Planning (Development Charges) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2000 and shall come into operation on 1st September 2000.
Deletion and substitution of Part II of First Schedule
2.  Part II of the First Schedule to the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5, 2000 Ed.) is deleted and the following Part substituted therefor:
