Public Entertainments (Amendment) Rules 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20(1) of the Public Entertainments Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Public Entertainments (Amendment) Rules 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st October 1997.

Amendment of Rule 6

2. Rule 6 of the Public Entertainments Rules (R 1) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$5” in the last line of paragraph (c) and substituting “$6”; and
(b)	by deleting “$2” in paragraph (k) and substituting “$5”.
