Business Registration
(Amendment) Regulations 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Business Registration Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Business Registration (Amendment) Regulations 2013 and shall come into operation on 2nd July 2013.
Amendment of regulation 4
2.  Regulation 4(1) of the Business Registration Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting the words “Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore” in sub-paragraph (b) and substituting the words “Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (formerly known as the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore)”.
