(Accounts and Annual Report)
(Amendment) Regulations 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 13(1), 14(1) and 48 of the Charities Act, Mr Lawrence Wong, Senior Minister of State, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Culture, Community and Youth, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Charities (Accounts and Annual Report) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 and shall come into operation on 2nd July 2013.

Amendment of Fourth Schedule

2. The Fourth Schedule to the Charities (Accounts and Annual Report) Regulations 2011 (G.N. No. S 352/2011) is amended by deleting the words “Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore” wherever they appear in the third column of item 1 and substituting in each case the words “Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (formerly known as the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore)”.
