Act 2014 (Commencement) Notification 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Act 2014, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Act 2014 (Commencement) Notification 2015.

2. The Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 2) Act 2014, with the exception of sections 2, 8, 10(a) to (i), (q) to (u) and (w) to (zc), 11(a) to (p) and (r) to (v), 14(za), (ze) and (zf), 15, 16 and 17(h), comes into operation on 1 July 2015.
