(Commencement) Notification 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Legal Aid and Advice (Amendment) Act 2018, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Legal Aid and Advice (Amendment) Act 2018 (Commencement) Notification 2019.

2. The Legal Aid and Advice (Amendment) Act 2018, except sections 2(b), 6(2), 7, 18(b), (c) and (d), 19, 21 and 22(1) to (5), comes into operation on 31 May 2019.
