In exercise of the powers conferred by section 66 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order is the Active Mobility (Oasis Terraces — Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2022.

Amendment of paragraph 1

2. Paragraph 1(2) of the Active Mobility (Oasis Terraces — Exemption) Order 2021 (G.N. No. S 7/2021) is amended by deleting the words “6 January 2022” and substituting the words “6 July 2022”.
