Protected Areas and Protected Places Act
(Chapter 256)
Protected Places (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Protected Places (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 1998 and shall come into operation on 23rd January 1998.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Item (9) of the Schedule to the Protected Places (Consolidation) Order (O 4) is amended —
(a)by deleting paragraph 1 and the plan and substituting the following paragraph and plan:
“
Director (Corporate Development), PSA Corporation Limited
1.PSA CORPORATION LIMITED (TANJONG PAGAR TERMINAL AND KEPPEL TERMINAL):
   All that area occupied by “PSA CORPORATION LIMITED (TANJONG PAGAR TERMINAL AND KEPPEL TERMINAL)” containing an area of approximately 190.7 hectares and bounded by Telok Blangah Road, Keppel Road, East Coast Parkway, East Lagoon and Keppel Harbour.
 
   The boundary commences at the western‑most corner of the aforesaid “PSA CORPORATION LIMITED (TANJONG PAGAR TERMINAL AND KEPPEL TERMINAL)” which point’s adopted co-ordinates are North 27,288.7 metres and East 26,954.2 metres. The point of commencement is 2,711.3 metres South and 3,045.8 metres West of the Survey Department’s origin of co-ordinates and runs approximately as follows:
