Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act
(Commencement) Notification 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2011, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2012.
2.  Sections 2(a) and (c), 3, 4, 6(b), 11 to 15 and 25(a) of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2011 shall come into operation on 6th February 2012.
